I got my hands on this strain along with the vegan lean from High End Weed. This Rainbow Sherbet cut is no.11 by (Deep East Farms California).
Appearance
The nugs are tight, dense and compact. The trim job has been done to the extent that there is nearly no visible leaf and the nugs look like little boulders, but with a distinct shape (so not looking like full of PGRs)
The colour is forest green, with mottled orange from the pistils and amber trichomes which gives this bud a very colourful appearance - not quite as many colours as the rainbow but it looks complex like something like Casey Jones.
Aroma
The smell of the Rainbow Sherbet encapsulates elements of ZkittleZ, but with more of a berry kick.

Taste
My favourite way to consume the Rainbow Sherbet is vaping it, and I used my Dynavap to get a great idea of the flavour, which was very tasty with a distinguishable berry sweet and rich flavour.
Tastes a bit like Rainbow Beltz I covered recently.
Smoking this in a bong delivers a ridiculously smooth smoking experience, with some flavour but not on the levels enjoyed via the flavour.
This strain leaves a Rainbow Sherbet aftertaste in the mouth that lasts - similar to the mint from a chewing gum making your mouth taste minty after you've spit it out.
Effects
This strain kicks in hard and fast, delivering an almost balanced hybrid high. Minutes after smoking the effects can begin to be felt, and for me it leads with the pleasurable body stone as well as a mental uplift.
Then it gets stronger. And stronger. This one is definitely sitting somewhere over the 20% THC mark.
I'd say it is suited to a party/session/afternoon or evening smoke, not first thing in the day due to strength, but everyone's endocannabinoid system and tolerance are different. That is just when I'd generally pick to smoke it!
