This strain combines Key Lime Pie X SLH BX 2 (Super Lemon Haze X Ultimate Chem 08). Key Lime Pie is a phenotype of Girl Scout Cookies with unique characteristics.
Appearance
The frosted nugs of Lemon Lime Pie are round and semi-globular on the stalk. The different shades of green and hints of purple are really interesting and give this bud a great look, with almost metallic shades appearing in some sections.
The trichomes are plentiful with Lemon Lime Pie which looks as if it has been triple-dipped in sparkling frost. The sample has some leaf on it but that is also densely packed with trichomes.
Aroma

Breaking the bud presents a warm cookies scent and pungent aroma that warms the nostrils.
Taste
This sample has been grown organically in living soil and the taste of the bud reflects this with a lovely smooth smoke that I find gets lost a lot of the time with commercial strains.
The taste itself is a mix of the creamy sweet cookies and the earthy, pungent gas, and again, less lemon than expected from the SLH BX2.
Effects
A hybrid strain; Lemon Lime Pie delivers hard-hitting effects in both mind and body. I felt this one mere minutes after consumption as my eyes turned red and then an uplifting sense of contentedness kicked in.
I enjoy smoking this during the daytime, but the grower of this strain says it is his go-to nighttime strain - each to their own!
